A digital ecosystem for Orio al Serio passengers

Our role

Together with SACBO we developed a digital signage and digital out-of-home project that, in 4 years, has brought over 120 m² of LED walls to car parks, check-in areas, gates, security checkpoints, baggage reclaim belts and bus stops. FluidNext software automates bus timetables and allows security lanes to be opened and closed remotely via tablet.

The context

Bergamo-Orio al Serio Airport, converted into a civil airport in the 1950s, has since the 2000s become one of Italy's main hubs for low-cost flights and is today Italy's third-largest airport by passenger numbers. Constantly expanding with new infrastructure and services, it has rethought its passengers' customer journey and its own image, focusing on clear, always up-to-date information.
