A digital ice arena for winter sports

Our role

Tecnovision handled the digital side of the Arena's redevelopment with a suspended LED cube, with individual faces measuring 3.5 x 2 metres, built with materials designed to withstand low temperatures. FluidNext cloud software manages match data, scores, sponsor content, player introductions and direct crowd engagement.

The context

The Acinque Ice Arena, in the municipality of Varese, is a multi-sport venue hosting competitive winter sports, including ice hockey and figure skating. Its recent redevelopment focused on the highest levels of technology available, to make every match an even more thrilling show.
